3. Account Registration

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated bonuses forfeited. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.

4. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by Ozwin Casino are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is AU$10 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified. Violation of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Free spins are valid for 7 days from the date of award unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are subject to a 30x wagering requirement.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is AU$10. Minimum withdrawal is AU$30. We process withdrawals within 24 hours for verified accounts, though banking processing times may vary. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) before processing withdrawals. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification in accordance with our KYC policy. We do not accept payments from third parties. Deposits and withdrawals must be made in your own name and from accounts you own.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
